Google introduced a new tool called People Card exclusively for people in India to create their virtual visiting card in Google Search. This news was published in the official Google India blog on August 11, 2020.
This is a further step by Google to give accurate and reliable details about an individual who is willing to share his/ her personal details publicly. Unlike Google My Business, this feature is intended for any individual who has no association with any business or brand.
This feature can be called as SEO tool for an individual because it helps any person to display his detail in Google Search as per blog published by Google. Anyone having a mobile phone and a personal Google account can create people cards by searching the work “Add me to search” in the Google search. Actually, ADD ME TO SEARCH is term used to create Google virtual visiting card.
Apart from Name and other contact details, a person can add his educational qualification, occupation, social media profiles, etc. in this people card.
